Additional Fire Sprinkler & Fire Alarm roles are available in over 30 states for Designers, Project Managers, Foremen, Superintendents, Technicians, Inspectors, Estimators, Sales Reps and Design Managers.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems according to specifications and codes.
- Focus on commercial projects with a focus on Edwards/EST panels
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of fire alarm systems to ensure functionality and compliance.
- Respond to service calls for troubleshooting and repairs of fire alarm systems.
- Document all service and inspection activities in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with clients to address concerns and provide solutions regarding fire alarm systems.
- Stay up-to-date with fire alarm technology and industry regulations.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Fire Alarm Technician or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of fire alarm systems and inspection processes.
- Active FAL, EST 3/4, or NICET certifications are required
- Familiarity with NFPA standards and OSHA regulations.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in fire alarm installation and maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to drive a company vehicle
- Willing to work on an on-call rotation
