We’re looking for a motivated Fire Sprinkler Inspector Trainee ready to learn the fire protection industry. You’ll work alongside experienced inspectors, gain hands-on experience, and build the skills needed to grow into a successful Fire Sprinkler Inspector.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Assist with inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems
- Learn to test valves, alarms, gauges, water flow devices, and other components
- Learn NFPA inspection procedures and documentation requirements
- Document inspection results, deficiencies, and recommended corrective actions
- Maintain inspection tools, equipment, and service vehicles
- Assist with customer communication and scheduling needs
- Follow company and OSHA safety requirements
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs
The Job
- Lift and carry up to 40–50 lbs.
- Stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods
- Work in mechanical rooms, ceilings, rooftops, and elevated or confined spaces
- Work in both indoor and outdoor environments
Job Requirements
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Construction, mechanical, or fire protection experience is a plus
- Technical training in fire protection, mechanical systems, or construction is a plus
- Willingness to learn and pursue NICET certifications
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Comfortable using mobile inspection and digital reporting systems
