Responsibilities

🛠️ What You’ll Do

  • Assist technicians with installing fire alarm devices, wiring, conduit, and equipment.
  • Support fire alarm testing and inspections under supervision.
  • Help identify and document system deficiencies and issues.
  • Load, unload, organize, and maintain tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow project drawings, instructions, and OSHA/company safety procedures.
  • Assist with troubleshooting as your skills develop.
  • Participate in safety meetings and required training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

⭐ What You Bring

  • High school diploma required.
  • Previous construction or electrical experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude preferred.
  • Basic computer and Microsoft skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Ability to obtain required licenses or certifications as applicable.

💪 The Job

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and ladder climbing.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Field-based work at commercial and industrial job sites.
  • Exposure to varying weather, noise, and active construction environments.
  • Overtime may be required.
