Fire Life Safety Division Manager Commercial Service & Growth Leader
- Company: Beacon Mechanical Services.
- Salary/Pay Rate: $120,000 - $175,000 per year (Based on experience) plus Performance Incentives.
- Location: Canton, MA (Field + Office Hybrid).
- Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
- Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Master Sprinkler License (MA Required) and Valid Driver's License.

You will serve as the primary business leader for the Fire Life Safety division, holding full accountability for sales, profitability, and team leadership. Responsibilities
How You Will Make an Impact
- Drive aggressive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing commercial accounts.
- Develop and execute precise quotes for inspections and projects to ensure rapid turnaround and high closing rates.
- Supervise field technicians to maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate multi-division resources to capture comprehensive Fire Life Safety scope within large-scale facilities.
- Implement scalable workflows and processes for quoting and service delivery to improve division-wide profitability.
- Communicate technical requirements clearly to facility managers to facilitate informed decision-making and trust.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience within the Fire Life Safety or related mechanical service industry.
- Active Master Sprinkler License issued by the state of Massachusetts.
- Proven track record of generating, estimating, and closing high-value service contracts and projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of FLS systems, inspections, and complex service requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead field technicians and manage multiple high-priority project timelines.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Prior experience managing a dedicated service line, department, or business division.
- Familiarity with industry platforms such as FieldPulse, ServiceChannel, or Coupa.
- Expertise in building recurring revenue streams through strategic service contract portfolios.
- Experience managing Fire Life Safety needs for large-scale commercial or multi-site clients.
