Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
- Respond to incidents, delivery-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of facility interior areas, loading docks, parking areas, trailer yards, and the business perimeter.
- Monitor access points and support visitor, driver, and contractor entry procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.
- Document daily activities, incidents, and observations, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
