
Electrical & Fire Technician Supervisor
Job Description
The Electrical & Fire Technician Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordination, and delivery of facility and infrastructure projects across East Hanover and associated sites. This role supports execution of capital and cost-of-doing-business projects, including system upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and facility modifications. The Electrical & Fire Technician Supervisor ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to laboratory, operational, and business activities. The role coordinates across engineering, workplace, vendors, and external contractors to ensure seamless execution. This position ensures all projects align with site requirements, QHSE standards, and contractual obligations.
Compensation: $98,000 - $140,000/YR annual salary (US Dollars)
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

Responsibilities
- Leads planning and execution of facility-related capital and operational projects
- Coordinates project activities across engineering, workplace, IT, and vendor teams
- Develops project scopes, schedules, and execution plans aligned to site and operational requirements
- Manages project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Identifies and mitigates project risks, including operational and safety impacts
- Coordinates shutdowns, outages, and project work to minimize disruption to critical operations
- Ensures all project activities comply with QHSE standards, safety procedures, and site policies
- Tracks project performance, progress, and reporting metrics
- Supports vendor selection, coordination, and performance during project execution
Job Requirements
- 7–12 years of experience in facilities, engineering, or capital project management
- Experience managing infrastructure, utilities, or facility-related projects
- Experience in life sciences, corporate, or complex facility environments preferred
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management (scope, schedule, cost, risk)
- Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of safety, compliance, and operational risk considerations
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
